About the Role
You will build backend systems, data systems, agentic workflows, and enterprise integrations for financial-services products. You will ingest and serve financial data, develop secure integrations, enable models and agents to use trusted data, improve production quality, and work with customers to deploy solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript
- Knowledge of APIs, data systems, and distributed systems
- Experience with data-intensive applications, retrieval systems, infrastructure platforms, or complex integrations
- Knowledge of reliability, security, privacy, and performance in high-trust environments
- Interest in AI
Responsibilities
- Design and build backend systems for AI-native financial workflows
- Build systems to ingest, index, retrieve, and serve financial and enterprise data
- Develop secure integrations with data providers and customer environments
- Build systems that preserve source provenance and produce verifiable outputs
- Improve reliability, latency, observability, and production quality
- Develop evaluations for financial workflows
- Work with financial institutions to support deployments and improve products
- Partner across product, design, research, security, and engineering
