About the Role
You will design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting tokenization and related trading workflows, build and optimize high-performance distributed systems, and design and implement REST, gRPC, and WebSocket APIs. You will lead integration efforts with third-party platforms, custodians, and trading venues, and participate in the full development lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and deployment. You will contribute to system architecture decisions that ensure enterprise-grade reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience in Go, Java, or C++
- Strong expertise building and operating large-scale backend systems
- Experience developing enterprise-grade software with strict correctness and reliability requirements
- Proven experience designing and integrating REST, gRPC, or WebSocket APIs
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, concurrency, and distributed system design

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting tokenization and related trading workflows

- Design and implement REST, gRPC, and WebSocket APIs for internal and external integrations
- Lead integration efforts with third-party platforms, custodians, and trading venues
- Contribute to system architecture decisions to support enterprise-grade reliability and scalability
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring
