About the Role
You will own product features from definition through maintenance, partner with Product and Design on user outcomes, and build reliable full-stack systems. You will use experiments and metrics to improve results, strengthen engineering practices, and provide architectural direction, reviews, mentoring, and clear technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5 or more years building and shipping customer-facing products
- Experience delivering end-to-end features with measurable user or business outcomes
- Experience leveraging AI agents in engineering work
- Experience owning features or experiments from planning through launch
- Analytics and metrics experience
- Experience validating work through reproductions, logs, and tests
Responsibilities
- Own product surfaces from definition through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance
- Partner with Product and Design to improve user interactions and metrics
- Build responsive and reliable full-stack systems
- Use TypeScript, React, Node.js, Temporal, and integrations to deliver features
- Form hypotheses, instrument work, release incrementally, and evaluate results
- Improve tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices
- Provide architectural direction, reviews, and mentoring
