About the Role
Own and scale Lovable's developer experience by improving engineering workflows, reliability, and productivity. Build or integrate application frameworks, develop the observability stack, integrate AI-driven development tools, and drive reliability improvements across engineering.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills and a track record of improving developer velocity and system reliability.
- 7+ years of experience working in a platform team supporting developer experience, observability, CI/CD, application frameworks, or productivity tooling.
- Experience writing code and tools for growing engineering organizations in scale-ups.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure practices.
- Knowledge of security, stability, speed, and related trade-offs.
- Based in Stockholm or ready to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Bring order and structure to the codebase.
- Integrate or build application frameworks for a growing engineering organization.
- Own and develop the observability stack from instrumentation through presentation.
- Integrate tools for AI-driven development.
- Identify and drive reliability improvements across engineering teams.
