About the Role
You will design Marketplace features and APIs, build tooling for OS images and packaging, manage application artifacts, automate image and container manufacturing, support external publishers, secure artifacts through CI/CD and scanning, and shape the platform architecture.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of software engineering or system administration experience
- Proficiency in Go or Python for API development
- Experience with Packer and OS image maintenance
- Advanced Linux system administration knowledge
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL
- Mastery of CI/CD pipelines and artifact security
- Familiarity with Protobuf and microservices architecture

Responsibilities
- Design and develop Marketplace platform features
- Maintain and optimize APIs
- Build tooling for OS image creation and system packaging
- Create and manage packaged application artifacts
- Automate OS image and container manufacturing
- Support external publishers creating artifacts
- Ensure artifact security and integrity through CI/CD and scanning
- Contribute to technical architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Take ownership of new technical areas
