About the Role
You will design, build, and ship end-to-end agentic systems for creative video workflows. You will develop agent architectures for context gathering, planning, tool selection, and task execution; integrate models; and use production experimentation, evaluations, and feedback to improve quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional industry experience
- Experience designing and developing production ML systems or agentic pipelines
- Experience with context engineering, including RAG systems, token optimization, and context management at scale
- Experience building evaluation systems and agentic infrastructure
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to scope and deliver projects end-to-end
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end agentic systems for creative workflows
- Design agent architectures for context gathering, planning, tool selection, and reliable task execution
- Integrate state-of-the-art models into agent experiences
- Measure and improve agent quality using experimentation, evaluation frameworks, and production feedback
