About the Role
You will build end-to-end product experiences for AI agents, from authoring and configuration through evaluation, feedback, deployment, and operation. You will work across frontend, backend, prompting, infrastructure, and product systems while balancing quality, latency, trust, and cost.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a related degree
- 6+ years building product software
- Coding skills in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript
- Experience building reliable, well-tested systems
- Product sense across user-facing experiences and backend systems
Responsibilities
- Build product experiences for creating and configuring AI agents
- Design and ship workflows for evaluating agent quality, inspecting results, and understanding failure modes
- Build feedback, evaluation, optimization, and self-improvement loops for agents
- Enable deployment and operation of auto-mode and independent agents with guardrails and controls
- Work across frontend, backend, prompting, infrastructure, and product systems
- Partner with design, product, research, and go-to-market teams on agent use cases
- Balance quality, latency, trust, and cost
