About the Role

You will rotate across banking, payments, trading, investment, and internal products. You will deliver frontend and backend features and fixes, learn the codebase, work with senior engineers, use AI tools in your workflow, and gradually own small domains from design through maintenance.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of software development experience
  • Ability or eagerness to work across the stack, including frontend development
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language
  • Problem-solving skills and sound engineering judgement
  • Interest in using AI tools
  • Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Rotate across functional units and ship full-stack changes
  • Deliver well-scoped features and bug fixes from ticket to production
  • Work with senior engineers to understand systems and trade-offs
  • Use AI tools to improve engineering velocity and quality
  • Own small domains from design through maintenance
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and RFCs
  • Improve systems and internal tooling
