About the Role
You will build frontend and backend features and take them from problem definition through production. You will scope, test, ship, and review code, collaborate with customer-facing and product colleagues, and talk with users to understand what to build.
Requirements
- Strong coding ability, including reading unfamiliar codebases, finding bugs, and writing maintainable code
- Experience working in a startup, early-stage company, or low-structure environment
- Ability to understand user problems before building solutions
- Written and verbal communication with engineers, product managers, and customers
- Based in the Netherlands or the EU
Responsibilities
- Build frontend and backend features
- Develop React components, REST API endpoints, and database designs
- Take features from problem definition through scoping, building, testing, and production
- Work with customer success, sales, product teams, and users to understand requirements
- Write tested, readable code
- Review code and provide honest feedback
