About the Role

You will build and optimize mobile and web features for payments, subscriptions, and in-app purchases. You will design monetization experiences, collaborate on trustworthy purchase flows, define metrics and experiments, and work with backend partners on scalable payment, entitlement, and transaction systems while maintaining privacy, performance, and UI quality.

Requirements

Experience with monetization, in-app purchase, or subscription flows in consumer products
Understanding of TypeScript, React, React Native, Tailwind, HTML, and modern frontend best practices
Ability to contribute to backend services, ideally using Python or Go, for payments or commerce systems
Experience shipping user-facing features with measurable monetization or engagement outcomes
Ability to balance iteration speed with quality and reliability in a fast-paced environment
Communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, design, and data

Responsibilities

Build and optimize mobile and web features for payments, subscriptions, and in-app purchases
Design and experiment with monetization surfaces, virtual currency systems, premium upsells, and advertising
Partner with design and product on purchase experiences
Collaborate with data science to define success metrics, run experiments, and analyze outcomes
Work with backend partners on scalable systems for payments, entitlements, and transactions
Maintain UI and UX quality, performance, and privacy in sensitive user flows
Shape monetization experimentation and A/B testing frameworks
