Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience focused on product development
- Experience building end-to-end web applications across data models, APIs, frontend architecture, and deployment
- Experience resolving performance issues including slow queries, N+1 problems, caching, and transaction isolation
- Product judgment and autonomous ownership
- Clear, persuasive communication
- Conviction about AI evaluation
- Production AI or LLM systems experience

- Own product areas end-to-end from identifying opportunities through measurable outcomes
