About the Role
You design and maintain high-volume trade ledgers and financial reporting systems, automate reconciliation, implement security controls, build internal tools with frontend and backend technologies, and own solutions through the full development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience building systems that process high-volume data loads
- Direct experience with financial ledgers, accounting systems, or trade reconciliation platforms
- Proficiency in a JavaScript framework or Golang
- Understanding of application security best practices for financial systems
- Experience with React or Angular
- Experience in market making, trading, or execution services preferred
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or quantitative trading preferred
- Experience with high-performance or low-latency systems preferred
- Familiarity with financial trading concepts and exchange APIs preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain real-time trade ledgers
- Develop financial reporting systems
- Process high-volume transaction data
- Build automated trade reconciliation systems
- Compare internal records with exchange and custodian datasets
- Implement access controls and data protection measures
