About the Role
You will build and own the systems that scale AI-native brand production, connect generation APIs with internal and marketing tools, develop internal applications, maintain reliability and versioning, and evaluate emerging models and generation technologies.
Requirements
- Engineering fundamentals
- Track record building, shipping, and maintaining full-stack software
- Interest in AI generation systems
- Experience translating explorations into production-ready systems
- Design sensibility
- Frontend experience with React and Tailwind
- Backend experience with Golang and Rust
- Cloud experience with Cloudflare, GCP, or AWS
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Grafana, OTEL, or Terraform
Responsibilities
- Build pipelines connecting image and video generation APIs with internal tooling and marketing systems
- Build internal applications for the brand team
- Own reliability and versioning for the AI-generation system
- Collaborate with a Brand Designer to scale creative judgment
- Evaluate new models, APIs, and generation tooling
- Rebuild pipelines when improved technologies become available
