About the Role

You will lead the global software engineering function and drive high-impact technical initiatives. You will oversee multiple development teams, provide architectural and organizational guidance, improve delivery practices, and ensure products and platforms remain scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable. You will work with Product, QA, DevOps, and executive stakeholders to align priorities, define technical requirements, manage risks, and maintain a shared roadmap. You will also mentor engineering leaders, develop distributed teams, and promote observability, security, testing, release management, continuous improvement, and quality.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles
  • Experience leading large-scale cross-functional engineering teams in complex high-growth environments
  • Expertise in modern architectures, cloud infrastructure, and microservices
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies, CI/CD practices, and engineering metrics
  • Experience managing distributed teams and scaling organizations across multiple geographies
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical leaders
  • Decision-making and problem-solving ability in high-stakes environments
  • Fluent written and verbal English

  • Partner with Product, QA, DevOps, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and define technical requirements
  • Maintain a shared roadmap
  • Identify and mitigate development lifecycle risks
  • Promote observability, security, testing, and release-management best practices
  • Foster transparency, continuous improvement, quality, and innovation
