About the Role
You will shape the technical landscape for financial operations by designing scalable solutions and system integrations. You will assess architecture and capabilities, establish standards, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, define interfaces and support strategic architecture initiatives.
Requirements
- Eight to twelve years of experience across software engineering and architecture
- Experience designing systems in regulated or data-sensitive environments
- Strong software engineering background
- Experience designing and maintaining complex high-availability systems
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs and data architectures
- Ability to drive implementation from requirements through solution design and progress tracking
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication with stakeholders and external partners
- Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement
- Interest in AI and advanced analytics
- Experience with dbt, Snowflake, SQL or Fivetran preferred
- Familiarity with Netsuite, Kyriba, Hazeltree, MRI, Aaro, PowerBI or Hex preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with tech leads and engineers on projects and initiatives
- Engage internal teams and third-party providers in technical discussions
- Assess architecture, capabilities and resource allocation
- Develop and enhance scalable architectural solutions
- Establish technical standards and best practices
- Collaborate across value streams and platform teams
- Define interfaces, ownership and capabilities
- Design integrations between internal systems, external systems and vendors
- Support strategic architecture initiatives
