About the Role
You will analyze mainframe applications and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and specifications. You will collaborate with partners to improve customer experience, facilitate requirements flow to technology teams, reduce delivery risk, and help the team deliver committed work.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Systems Analyst experience for software solutions
- Jira knowledge
- Systems analysis skills
- Experience authoring requirements, user stories, and specifications
- COBOL mainframe development experience
- Knowledge of DB2, JCL, VSAM, SAS, Linux, SQL, File-AID, SPUFI, and Platinum
- API experience
- Python knowledge
- Ability to work with U.S. and India-based teams
