About Meta Blocks
Meta Blocks began in 2021 as an upgradable NFT avatar system before splitting into two efforts: Meta Blocks, an open-source protocol and SDK for building composable, upgradable NFTs, and 3moji, a web3 avatar app built on top of the protocol. The Meta Blocks protocol works by storing multiple NFTs in an escrow program and generating a combined 'meta NFT,' allowing upgrades and decay to be processed off-chain and reflected on-chain without burning or altering the original token. The team also built tooling such as the Kyraa JS SDK to reduce integration time and the 'Raid to WL' whitelisting tool, which used social engagement to distribute NFT whitelist spots at lower acquisition cost. Its typical clients are NFT projects and developers on Solana looking to add post-mint utility, composability, and community growth tools to their collections.

About the Role
You will educate the NFT community about upgradeable NFTs, develop and maintain a marketing content calendar, and create consistent, meaningful, and engaging content on Twitter. You will write SEO blog posts for key events, mirror and adapt content to other social platforms, set KPIs and monitor campaign performance, engage with relevant accounts, and organize Twitter Spaces with partners and influencers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in social media marketing
- At least 1 year experience in crypto and NFT space
- Proven experience in growth hacking and running successful campaigns
- Working knowledge of design tools
- Ownership of an NFT (bonus)
