About the Role
You will coordinate day-to-day branding for the agent network, prepare and dispatch branding materials, and maintain visibility standards. You will work with branding partners and field teams, identify cost-efficient production and installation channels, monitor branding quality, and manage marketing-supplies inventory.
Requirements
- Work authorization in the Democratic Republic of Congo
- 2+ years of experience in brand coordination, brand marketing, or marketing coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in English and French
- Project management experience
- Understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Experience executing branding campaigns at a marketing agency, telecom, payment service provider, FMCG company, or financial institution
Responsibilities
- Prepare branding materials for agents
- Recommend cost-efficient branding production and installation sources
- Improve agent visual standards according to brand guidelines
- Track agent-network visibility and branding quality
- Collaborate with branding partners, field sales, and agent-network management teams
- Receive, dispatch, and track marketing supplies
- Manage inventory and organize orders to prevent stock-outs
