About the Role
You will own daily social-channel management, create on-brand content, engage with the community, coordinate messaging with internal partners, and use performance data to improve content and channel strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing social channels for a technology, robotics, mobility, or AI-adjacent brand
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Experience creating short-form video, motion, and visual storytelling
- Comfort operating in regulated, high-visibility industries
- Familiarity with social analytics tools and performance measurement
- Experience working cross-functionally with executives, communications, designers, and product teams
Responsibilities
- Lead daily management of LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels
- Develop platform-specific posting strategies and maintain a content calendar
- Translate campaigns, product updates, events, and announcements into channel-appropriate content
- Monitor competitive activity and platform trends
- Write on-brand copy and create short-form content
- Collaborate with video and design partners on social-ready assets
- Monitor and respond to comments and brand mentions
- Flag sentiment shifts, misinformation, and controversial topics
- Support engagement with industry influencers, analysts, and partners
- Partner with Marketing, Comms, Legal, and IR to ensure accurate, compliant messaging
- Track social KPIs and produce recommendations to improve effectiveness
