About the Role
You will own daily editorial planning for social channels, especially X, and build a reliable pipeline of technical and customer stories. You will interview subject-matter experts, transform technical material into social posts, videos, emails, and longer-form content, develop scripts, coordinate creative production, and use AI and performance data to improve content decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years creating social or technical content
- Work samples demonstrating social-first storytelling and clear technical communication
- Strong social media instincts across platforms
- Clear concise writing and rigorous editing skills
- Technical curiosity and ability to verify technical claims
- Sound editorial judgment
- Experience building trust across technical and creative teams
- Practical measurement and analytical skills
- Ability to develop video concepts and scripts
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily editorial content for social channels
- Shape social channel strategy and content pillars
- Build a story pipeline with product engineering developer relations customer success and marketing stakeholders
- Interview engineers product leaders customers and executives
- Turn technical briefs documentation demos and customer results into platform-native content
- Develop content formats and distribution plans
- Create ideas messages scripts and editorial standards for video and social content
- Use AI for research drafting repurposing and analysis
- Measure content performance and improve future output
