About the Role
You will lead daily site operations while maintaining safety, environmental, and operational standards. You will coach technicians, coordinate workforce schedules and administrative processes, monitor budgets, support inventory and warehouse activities, and address site concerns. You will also contribute to forecasting, compliance, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Technical associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Operations, maintenance, industrial operations, manufacturing, energy, or utilities experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Communication, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to safety and continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Lead daily site activities with a focus on safety and operational excellence
- Coach and develop technicians through mentorship and training
- Support workforce scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative processes
- Monitor operating budgets, variances, corrective actions, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, environmental, and company requirements
- Address site concerns from landowners and community members
- Support warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material tracking
- Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
