About the Role
You will maintain and repair mining equipment, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement preventive maintenance to keep systems running reliably. You may lead shifts, coordinate team members, and oversee daily operations to meet production goals while enforcing safety and compliance. Expect 12-hour day or night shifts.
