About the Role

You will lead structural, racking, and automated-equipment installation at customer sites. You will manage contractor RFIs, track installation progress, maintain site bulletins, validate quality and materials, assess field change requests, and support site demobilization after installation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or related field
• At least 7 years of trade experience in integration, construction management, or automation installation
• At least 3 years of experience supervising or managing teams or trade contractors
• Experience with industrial or robotic automation projects and ASRS projects
• Experience using metrics and data analysis for process improvement
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work at customer installation sites for extended periods
• Ability to comply with lockout-tagout and fall-protection safety protocols
• Ability to work at heights, in restrictive areas, and in temperatures from 32 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Manage site-specific contractor and vendor RFIs
• Maintain daily installation progress and commissioning readiness in the GPR tool
• Maintain site bulletins and validate completion of bulletin work
• Validate contractor and vendor quality through 650 Checklists
• Verify and document missing-material requests and root causes
• Assess field change requests, resource requirements, and costs
• Support demobilization of installation resources and materials
