About the Role
You will govern the facilities-management operator, accept operational readiness during handover, verify mobilization and maintenance performance, approve changes, manage incident communications, and own the anchor tenant relationship. You will maintain site governance processes and supervise the Site Operations Coordinator.
Requirements
- 10+ years of critical facilities operations experience
- At least 3 years in site leadership or owner’s representative capacity at a data center or equivalent critical environment
- Experience accepting facility turnover, operator mobilization, or operational readiness on a greenfield or major-expansion project
- Client-facing or colocation service-delivery experience
- Knowledge of facilities-management outsourcing structures, KPI regimes, vendor management, and CMMS verification
- Liquid-cooled or high-density environment experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Hold operations acceptance authority at the transition-to-operations gate
- Gate facilities-management operator mobilization
- Verify operational readiness before energization
- Govern facilities-management operator performance against the KPI framework
- Approve maintenance windows, deviations, deferral requests, and configuration changes
- Serve as the incident-command interface and manage tenant and executive communications
- Own the anchor tenant relationship, SLA reporting, and quarterly business reviews
- Maintain the site duty rotation and delegated-authority matrix
- Supervise the Site Operations Coordinator
