About the Role
You will drive ASIC productization from first silicon through mass production. You will characterize silicon optimize wafer sort and final test strategies develop ATE programs analyze data across platforms plan experiments improve yield define hardware requirements identify root causes and coordinate qualification and manufacturing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in product test silicon validation or post-silicon engineering
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows
- Experience with silicon bring-up characterization yield analysis and product qualification
- Experience with Advantest 93K or Chroma ATE platforms
- Experience developing or debugging ATE test programs
- Statistical data analysis and debugging skills with JMP or Python
- Experience with DOE silicon correlation and yield optimization
- Cross-functional semiconductor collaboration experience
- Ability to independently drive technical issues to closure
Responsibilities
- Drive silicon bring-up characterization qualification and productization
- Optimize wafer sort and final test screening strategies
- Develop and maintain ATE test programs
- Define characterization plans across process voltage and temperature conditions
- Analyze silicon data across test and system platforms
- Plan and analyze design of experiments
- Develop ASIC binning and system optimization strategies
- Define ATE hardware requirements
- Identify failure trends and corrective actions
- Support foundry OSAT and vendor activities
- Develop KPI dashboards
