About the Role
You'll join a local contractor network supporting short-term rental homes with inspections, light prep, and in-market assistance between guest stays. You'll handle pre and post-stay inspections, keep homes reset and restocked, take care of minor maintenance tasks, and help with turnover support and trash removal. You'll also respond to urgent on-site issues as they arise and log task updates through a mobile app. This is flexible, task-based independent contractor work where you manage your own availability.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or property care
- Reliable vehicle and smartphone
- Able to work independently and manage availability
- Comfortable with light physical work
- Weekend availability preferred
Responsibilities
