About the Role
Support staffing performance across a 1–90 day horizon by analyzing data, identifying gaps, recommending adjustments, building reports and models, translating data into insights, partnering with Operations, Forecasting, and vendor teams, refining short-term planning processes, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in analytics, operations, consulting, or a similar problem-solving role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working with data using SQL or similar tools
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems and use data to inform decisions
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain insights to varied audiences
- Experience with Python, R, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Experience working in environments with evolving priorities and changing demand
Responsibilities
- Use data to guide staffing decisions that meet service level targets and interval performance
- Analyze trends and identify root causes of forecast variance and performance gaps
- Build and maintain reports and models for short-term staffing plans
- Partner with Operations, Forecasting, and vendor teams to improve staffing outcomes and productivity
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-making
