About the Role
You will lead daily data-collection operations for your shift. You will assign capture work and stations, resolve operational issues, maintain station coverage, document handovers, enforce SOPs and safety requirements, coordinate with quality teams, and report production and downtime.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of operations, production, logistics, or shift-supervision experience
- Real-time coordination of people and priorities in a physical environment
- Decision-making with incomplete information and escalation judgment
- Shift handovers and accurate shift records
- Availability for rotating shifts, nights, and weekends
- Professional English
Responsibilities
- Lead daily data-collection operations for the shift
- Sequence and distribute capture work among Data Creators and stations
- Resolve hardware, capture, staffing, and facility issues
- Manage breaks, absences, and rotation to maintain station coverage
- Conduct and document structured shift handovers
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and ergonomics guidance
- Work with Project Coordinators and Data Quality to resolve issues
- Report shift production, downtime, and recurring issues
