About the Role
You will maintain a clean and organized office, oversee facility and equipment upkeep, and manage buildings and grounds. You will coordinate repairs, contractors, work orders, utility payments, room bookings, asset compliance, and facility inspections. You will also support office moves and address maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Experience in building or construction
- At least 3 years of experience in administration and facilities management
- Fluent English
- Basic knowledge of office plumbing and electricity
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work environment
- Ensure the upkeep of facilities and equipment
- Maintain buildings and grounds
- Plan and execute purchases of equipment, layouts, and office systems
- Follow up on facility utility bill payments
- Coordinate and log work orders
- Book rooms for meetings and training
- Manage contractors completing repairs and regular maintenance
- Address building, connectivity, and office maintenance issues
- Support office moves and changes
- Ensure assets meet building regulations
- Inspect facility grounds regularly
