About the Role
You will lead system enablement and first-silicon bring-up for server blades and racks. You will define validation methods, develop lab and debugging capabilities, own test plans and execution, triage hardware, firmware, and software issues, and improve validation tools and processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in validation roles involving first silicon and system bring-up, operating systems, firmware, silicon, and hardware
- Knowledge of PCIe and CXL
- Experience defining and enabling storage and networking capabilities in a lab environment
- Knowledge of ARM CPU or x86 architecture, SoC design, memory, RAS, and power management
- Knowledge of system architecture, technical debugging, and validation strategy
- Experience with platform-level debugging, operating systems, device drivers, and system BIOS interactions
- Experience with Linux, Windows, hypervisors, and development and certification processes
- Experience in technical program management
- Understanding of data center technologies and software stacks
- 14+ years of experience validating and debugging hardware, firmware, and software in server compute rack or data center blade environments
Responsibilities
- Lead system enablement and first-silicon bring-up for node- and rack-level systems
- Drive firmware integration methodology and deployment-ready configurations
- Develop validation methodologies, lab hardware, system software capabilities, and debugging tools
- Triage issues during rack validation, post-silicon validation, and production
- Develop and own test plans, test cases, and execution across CPU, GPU, memory, HBM, and I/O domains
- Drive improvements to validation tools, scripts, methodologies, and technical initiatives
