About the Role
You will define and execute SEO and AI-search strategy, optimize technical website performance, and build an AI-powered content engine. You will measure rankings, traffic, leads, and pipeline, then use the results to improve organic growth.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of SEO experience for B2B and technical audiences
- Technical SEO expertise including site architecture crawlability indexation page performance and schema markup
- Content strategy and editorial judgment
- Experience optimizing content for AI and LLM discovery
- Proficiency with Google Search Console Google Analytics Ahrefs or Semrush LLM rank tracking and analytics tools
- Experience using AI to scale content production
Responsibilities
- Define and execute SEO strategy for traditional and AI answer engines
- Build and scale an AI-powered content engine and gated assets
- Own technical SEO site architecture page speed internal linking and backlink strategy
- Lead AI search strategy and monitor rankings across Google and LLMs
- Measure SEO impact across rankings traffic leads and pipeline
- Partner with marketing campaigns web and performance teams on search-driven assets
