About the Role
You will operate, maintain, and improve core IT platforms using configuration as code. You will manage Mac and Windows devices throughout their lifecycle, apply security controls, support onboarding and offboarding, automate repetitive work, resolve escalated service-desk issues, document recurring fixes, and own workstreams in platform rollouts and upgrades.
Requirements
- 4+ years of IT or workplace engineering experience.
- Google Workspace administration experience.
- Jamf and/or Intune administration experience across Mac and Windows.
- Experience with SSE or web security tools and Zero Trust concepts.
- Experience administering Jira Service Management or a similar ITSM tool.
- Terraform experience for configuration as code management.
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.
Responsibilities
- Operate and improve core IT platforms.
- Manage Mac and Windows devices through provisioning, compliance, patching, and retirement.
- Roll out and maintain device trust, DLP, and web security policies.
- Support accurate, timely onboarding and offboarding.
- Automate repetitive work with scripts and platform automation.
- Resolve L2/L3 service-desk escalations and document recurring fixes.
- Own workstreams in platform rollouts and upgrades.
