About the Role
Work with marketing leadership on flagship content, taking projects from raw footage to broadcast-grade final cuts. The role combines editing, shooting, color grading, sound design, and creative collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio of larger, high-quality projects spanning long-form and narrative work.
- Excellent editing instincts for pacing, story, and audio.
- Experience with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and willingness to edit in DaVinci Resolve.
- Ability to take projects from footage to finish with minimal hand-holding.
- Comfort being both a shooter and an editor is a strong plus, not a hard requirement.
Responsibilities
- Edit customer case studies, sit-down interviews, and product demos into polished, story-driven films.
- Own post-production end to end, including assembly, story structure, pacing, sound design, and color.
- Shoot when needed on location and in studio as a hybrid shooter-editor.
- Color grade footage to a clean, cinematic standard inside DaVinci Resolve.
- Collaborate on creative direction and contribute original ideas.
