You will support the podcast production pipeline from pre-production through post-release growth. You will research and contact guests, coordinate recording locations and logistics, track episode deliverables and performance, maintain production workflows, and support YouTube optimization and SEO.

- Identify, research, and pitch potential guests
- Draft guest outreach communications
- Source and coordinate recording locations and logistics
- Monitor AI infrastructure news and industry developments
- Coordinate deliverables with internal departments
- Build and maintain production workflows, calendars, and organizational systems
- Compile and track episode and platform growth metrics
- Support YouTube optimization and SEO strategy
