About the Role
You will create design assets, films, slides, screen content, and campaign materials for internal communications. You will find and develop stories, interview colleagues, support newsletters and digital channels, manage a Viva Engage community, and assist with events and day-to-day delivery.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating video and design work
- Video editing and design skills
- PowerPoint
- Writing and storytelling
- Around one to three years of content, video, or communications experience, or an equivalent portfolio
- Basic motion graphics and photography
- Familiarity with digital signage or screen content
- Experience in communications, journalism, media, marketing, or PR
Responsibilities
- Create design assets for communication campaigns
- Film and edit short- and mid-form video
- Produce slides, short films, and digital-screen content
- Find story ideas and develop them into engaging content
- Interview colleagues on camera and in writing
- Support the weekly Group newsletter and other channels
- Manage and moderate the Viva Engage community
- Produce materials for campaigns, events, and town halls
- Support event management and general delivery
