About the Role
You will manage vendor onboarding, due diligence, offboarding, ongoing monitoring, and third-party risk controls. You will review contracts, maintain supplier registers and systems, support audits and regulators, produce Power BI reporting, oversee policies, manage SharePoint access and communications, and improve processes through automation and best practices.
Requirements
- Have 7–10 years of experience in vendor management, third-party risk management, or a related field
- Have experience managing RCSA control environments and implementing control improvements
- Have experience overseeing vendor management policies and procedures
- Be proficient with TPRM tools and software
- Experience with Aravo, ServiceNow VRM, OneTrust, Archer, or ProcessUnity is desirable
- Understand MAS, FCA/PRA outsourcing requirements, and DORA
- CTPRP or equivalent certification is desirable
- Be able to manage multiple concurrent vendor reviews under pressure and strict timelines
- Understand operational resilience, information security, data privacy, concentration risk, anti-financial crime, regulatory risk, and ESG
- Have experience designing communications and SharePoint pages
- Be familiar with system changes and implementations
- Be able to analyze concentration and aggregation risk
- Understand vendor risk exposure and related reporting
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience responding to vendor-management audit queries
- Know how to maintain critical supplier and outsourcing registers
- Be able to implement SLAs and KPIs for critical and outsourcing arrangements
- Have strong organizational and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Be ready to work UK hours from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
Responsibilities
- Perform vendor onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, and offboarding
- Review contractual agreements
- Maintain and periodically update data repositories and systems
- Perform post-contract due diligence and ongoing monitoring
- Perform RCSA and support assurance and audit closure
- Respond to stakeholder queries, organize meetings, and prevent escalations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet TPRM policies and standards and mitigate third-party risks
- Support global regulatory requests, outsourcing registers, and ongoing regulatory activities
- Create and periodically review vendor management policies and framework documents
- Produce reporting through Power BI dashboards
- Design and implement TPRM communications and SharePoint pages
- Manage system and SharePoint access
- Maintain the group's critical supplier and outsourcing register
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, networking, and external best-practice research
- Contribute to strategic direction and best practices
- Track vendor management activities in the TPRM tool
- Assist with implementing SLAs and KPIs for critical and outsourcing arrangements
- Upskill colleagues and drive improvement through AI, automation, and enhanced reporting
