About the Role
You will support vendor relationships throughout selection, due diligence, onboarding, routine operations, issue resolution, and contractual and commercial negotiations. You will maintain vendor documentation, respond to internal inquiries, assist with network projects, and coordinate across operations, product, and banking stakeholders to resolve vendor requests accurately and promptly.
Requirements
- Be currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have an interest in technology and investments.
- Communicate effectively in English.
- Have experience working with different stakeholder groups.
- Use a self-service approach to problem-solving and work closely with vendors, subject-matter experts, and internal teams.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills and familiarity with AI tools.
- Ideally have experience in the financial industry or another regulated environment.
- German language skills are a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Learn vendor relationship management across due diligence, account opening, routine operations, strategic discussions, and project management.
- Support vendor selection, onboarding, ongoing relationship management, issue resolution, and contractual and commercial negotiations.
- Support ongoing network initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate with operations, product, and banking stakeholders to resolve vendor requests.
- Update and complete vendor documentation for new functionality or accounts.
- Solve problems efficiently.
- Address and resolve internal inquiries concerning vendor management.
