About the Role
You will design operating models, customer journeys, and standardized processes for joint customers. You will lead integration programs through global adoption, resolve complex multi-entity operational bottlenecks, and establish KPI frameworks that translate data into actionable operational insights. You will coordinate with commercial, technical, finance, and compliance stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in client-facing technical operations strategy or business operations roles
- Strong program or project management experience
- Proven ability to lead complex cross functional initiatives from concept to global adoption
- Strategic and operational thinking
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build relationships across functions levels and partners
- Creative problem-solving in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Design joint customer journeys and operating models
