About the Role
You will own and scale Meta acquisition, manage spend against ROAS and LTV:CAC targets, and focus investment on SMB audiences. You will translate channel performance into creative hypotheses, run rapid tests, improve attribution and incrementality measurement, and build tools and automations for user acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Own and scale Meta acquisition
- Manage spend against ROAS and LTV:CAC targets
- Generate data-backed creative hypotheses
- Direct creative testing across audiences, campaigns, and micro-personas
- Connect channel performance to unit economics and incrementality
- Partner on attribution and measurement
- Build tools and automations for user acquisition
