About the Role
You will own and execute the user acquisition strategy for a portfolio of 3-5 mobile app titles, managing large-scale budgets across channels such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, and various DSPs. You will act as the team's expert in one of Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, or SDK networks, meeting regularly with stakeholders while actively running campaigns that hit KPI and ROAS targets and grow daily active users. You will define UA launch strategies for new titles, including pre-registration campaigns, and shape conceptual creative strategies and testing processes. You will collaborate closely with Product, Monetization, Creative, and Data teams to drive growth, and stay ahead of trends by conducting market research and competitive analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on UA experience in mobile app industry
- Strong preference for experience in UA for apps in Utility or AI genre
- Deep knowledge of the mobile growth stack: MMPs, mediation, analytics, SDK ad networks, DSPs
- Self-driven with ability to communicate goals, needs, and reports on campaign performance
- Experience with ad monetization and strong relationships with ad networks
- Fluent English (written and speaking)
