About the Role
You will architect and develop scalable, low-latency trading services and execution-platform components. You will build market-data, order-management, and venue-connectivity systems; integrate exchange APIs; design messaging schemas; own the software delivery lifecycle; and improve the platform’s performance, safety, and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Build scalable low-latency Rust and Java services
- Develop Aeron-based OMS, EMS, market-data, and venue-connectivity services
- Integrate exchange APIs using FIX, REST, WebSocket, and venue-specific protocols
- Model order lifecycles, state machines, and execution workflows into resilient services
- Design and maintain SBE schemas and high-throughput Aeron messaging
- Own domain design, testing, delivery, and monitoring
- Contribute to Agile planning and execution
