About the Role

You will develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized engineering roles. You will conduct targeted outreach, build candidate pipelines, analyze sourcing metrics and market data, partner with hiring managers, and refine search approaches based on feedback and conversion results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical sourcing experience for senior engineering talent
  • Experience sourcing hard-to-find positions
  • Experience using sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach strategies
  • Ability to analyze sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and market data
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and act as a strategic hiring partner
  • Persistence and a results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing initiatives for engineering roles
  • Conduct targeted candidate outreach and nurture talent pipelines
  • Partner with hiring managers and the talent team on search strategies
  • Provide sourcing progress, market trends, and data-driven insights
  • Rapidly learn role requirements and deliver sourcing impact
