About the Role
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering roles. You will source and engage technical talent, partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, provide data-informed hiring guidance, and improve sourcing, interview calibration, and recruiting processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience recruiting mechanical, electrical, hardware, systems, or related engineering talent
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and supporting technical interviews
- Organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
