About the Role
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, candidate experience, search strategy, offer negotiations, reference checks, documentation, and recruiting progress reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical sourcing experience
- Technical sourcing experience for product management, blockchain development, full-stack development, software engineering, or network engineering roles
- Strong business acumen
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use data to drive decisions
- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
- Resilience and openness to feedback
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and position specifications
- Provide hiring recommendations and recruiting support
- Source passive candidates through research, cold calling, internet searches, and networking
- Manage inbound candidate flow
- Create and execute search strategies
- Build relationships with active and passive candidates
- Manage candidate experiences throughout the recruiting process
- Manage offers and salary negotiations
- Conduct reference checks
- Maintain recruiting tracking documentation
