About the Role
You will plan, execute, and deliver complex software engineering programs across robotics initiatives. You will define project plans, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate roadmap, sprint, and release planning, communicate status, and establish scalable program-management processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management or technical project management experience supporting software engineering organizations
- Strong technical background
- Track record managing complex multidisciplinary projects from conception to deployment
- Experience coordinating software releases across multiple engineering teams
- Experience working with backend, infrastructure, robotics, embedded, or distributed systems engineering teams
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and software delivery practices
- Ability to understand technical architecture, identify dependencies, and facilitate technical trade-off discussions
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional software engineering programs
- Partner with engineering leadership to establish priorities and project plans
- Identify and resolve program risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs
- Facilitate roadmap reviews, sprint planning, release planning, and program reviews
- Align engineering teams around changing priorities
- Establish scalable technical program-management processes, tracking mechanisms, and communication frameworks
