About the Role
You will own the product definition, maturity strategy, intake, backlog, and roadmap for infrastructure and developer platforms. You will establish planning processes, surface dependencies, improve CI/CD adoption, support cost attribution, and help make infrastructure portable across regions. You will work with technical stakeholders to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years as a technical program manager, technical product manager, or equivalent
- Substantial experience owning infrastructure, platform, or developer-experience products
- Experience owning multi-team backlogs, intake, roadmaps, and planning cadences
- Technical fluency in compute infrastructure, CI/CD, data stores, networking, and cost drivers
- Experience influencing platform adoption across teams without direct reporting authority
- Ability to define clear scope
- Experience in market-hours-sensitive, regulated, or similarly constrained production environments
- Experience using AI and automation to reduce program toil
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the platform maturity model and infrastructure product strategy
- Own the multi-team intake, backlog, roadmap, and planning cadence
- Establish self-service infrastructure and developer-platform golden paths
- Surface platform and infrastructure dependencies before they affect product roadmaps
- Coordinate maintenance windows, runbooks, and market-hours constraints
- Work on infrastructure cost attribution, chargeback, and efficiency
- Increase CI/CD delivery and developer-platform adoption
- Partner on DevOps, service mesh, API gateway, authentication, event streaming, and developer experience initiatives
- Distinguish centralized infrastructure from infrastructure deployable in new markets
