About the Role

You will own end-to-end system behavior and performance for deployments. You will develop deployment layers, coordinate system flow with solution, software, and hardware stakeholders, bridge performance needs across functions, and collaborate on commissioning robotic cells at customer deployments.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
• 5+ years of robotic control development experience
• Experience developing and tuning control frameworks for robotic applications
• Experience with trajectory optimization, kinematics, and motion planning for multi-axis robots
• Expertise in Rust or C++
• Experience designing complex real-time multi-process systems
• Hands-on experience with industrial robotic arms and low-level hardware controllers
• Knowledge of robotic-system design, integration, debugging, verification, and testing
• Experience integrating, calibrating, or processing data from robotic sensors

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of deployment layers across systems
• Own end-to-end system behavior and performance
• Bridge solution, engineering, and customer-success needs for system behavior and performance
• Collaborate with the deployment team to commission robotic cells
• Design cell and system flow with the solution team
• Coordinate with software and hardware stakeholders to align cell behavior with workflow and scope of work
