About the Role
You will lead field investigations from bug escalation through root-cause analysis and remediation. You will design and conduct diagnostic tests, develop corrective actions, support production issues, automate HIL diagnostics, improve sustaining workflows, update engineering requirements, and travel to investigate field issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years
- 2+ years of systems engineering experience

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware-system issues from symptoms to possible causes
- Lead field investigations through root-cause analysis and remediation
- Design and execute controlled tests, fault injection, and HIL evaluations
- Develop and deploy containment measures and corrective actions
- Manage corrective actions through change control and update requirements
- Improve bug-escalation, field-diagnostic, and root-cause workflows
- Investigate production end-of-line issues and hand off confirmed root causes
- Build automated test scripts and run HIL diagnostics
- Travel to field-issue locations
