About the Role
You will administer and improve cloud, SaaS, MDM, and hybrid systems that support a distributed workforce. You will provide remote technical support, manage equipment and access, lead incident response, automate operational work, enforce security policies, and document reliable operating practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of systems administration or infrastructure engineering experience
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments
- Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and MDM solutions
- Knowledge of Jumpcloud or Okta
- Knowledge of networking, identity management, and access control
- Experience making technical decisions under pressure
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Provide ticket management and remote technical support
- Support hardware, software, networking, and videoconferencing
- Complete onboarding and offboarding technical tasks
- Procure and ship equipment to remote employees across the EU
- Execute large-scale technical projects and company-wide technology initiatives
- Administer cloud infrastructure, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian
- Manage hybrid systems and cloud workload integrations
- Administer and optimize SaaS and MDM tooling
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
- Build automation to reduce manual work and improve observability
- Define and enforce security and access control policies
- Partner with Security teams on compliance requirements
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
