About the Role
Own 2–3 domains across core banking, payments, and transfers end-to-end, from solution design and partner integrations through production support, while solving technical challenges in the financial domain.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
- Financial services experience in banking, payment processing, or fintech.
- Confident SQL skills.
- Practical experience with AI coding assistants.
- Understanding of microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, relational databases, and asynchronous flows such as Kafka.
- Ability to understand database schemas, API contracts, JSON/proto files, and technical documentation.
- Architectural visualization and documentation skills using UML and Mermaid.
- Experience leading external partner integrations or complex cross-system projects.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with safeguarding, reconciliation, and treasury operations.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or Snowflake.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis for complex integration-heavy initiatives across core banking and payments.
- Design APIs, data models, integration flows, and business processes.
- Develop technical specifications, system documentation, and integration contracts.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Investigate production issues, trace transactions, analyze data, and coordinate resolution.
- Participate in discovery, solution design, delivery, testing, and post-launch support.
- Optimize processes, system interactions, and manual operational work.
